+ How much is rent?
Rent at ACRE is $450 per desk per month.
+ How many spaces can I have as an incubating company?
The layout is open, and companies typically enter with 1-3 desk spaces and graduate when the company grows beyond 6 spaces.
+ What if my company is not clean tech related?
We are dedicated to accepting only companies related to clean energy for two reasons: (1) Clean energy is our expertise, this allows us to admit companies we know we can help create roots and (2) it is the core mission of the program.
+ What are the location requirements? Can I be accepted remotely?
We prefer companies work in house to take full advantage of the services we offer.
+ Do you take equity from my company?
ACRE takes 0% equity from all companies accepted into the program.
+ How long till I hear back regarding my application and how long does the on boarding process take?
It can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to be accepted and onboarded into the program.
+ How long does the incubation period last?
We evaluate on a 6 month basis and set milestones for admitted companies to meet. The upper limit of the incubation period is about 2 years.
